5LKXR-100型浮式热风炉是我公司新研制的一种新型多用途的热源装置。可作为谷物、食品、药材、烟草等各种农副产品和各种工业物料的烘干热源。也可以为温室、取暖及印染、喷漆等工业提供热源。5LKXR-100型浮式热风炉结构新颍，热效率大于68%。该炉操作简便，自动化程度高，主要燃料为稻壳，也适用粉碎后的秸秆、木屑等。可以连续输出具有合适温度和热量的无污染热风，从根本上保证烘干物的品质。
产品特点
●采用间接热风，经过热交换器后热风纯净没有焦油，不会污染谷物
●全自动热风温度控制，温差控制在±1℃
●进粗糠、排灰全自动，计算机自动算出烘干机的热风需求并正确输送热量
●完全使用生物质作原料，成本低廉，节能环保
●燃料用谷糠、木材（屑）、麦杆、花生杆、稻草、玉米芯(杆)等废弃的生物质
●环保效果好，烟尘目测为白色絮状
