简介:JLG系列直燃式燃煤热风炉又称直接式燃煤热风炉，又可根据用户实际情况，直接作为生物质热风炉适用。燃煤热风炉是以煤或者为燃料燃烧，经高净化处理产生热空气为干燥介质，通过送风管道输送至烘干机，进而与物料直接接触加热干燥或烘烤。
直燃式燃煤热风炉结构:
热风炉采用机械化链条炉排、机械上煤、机械除渣机。炉内采用西安交通大学新设计的节能拱燃技术。该炉具有煤种适应性广、热效率高的特点。除尘器采用重力式沉降室，具有阻力小、使用寿命长等特点。其所配列管式换热器，结构合理、使用方便、可靠性高。JLG--Ⅲ系列热风炉是我公司的主导产品之一，被广泛地销售到我国的东北、华北、西北和内蒙，与国内多种烘干机相配套。
