简介：该机是我公司在国内首创国家专利的小型连续、循环两用粮食烘干机。（专利授权号：ZL 201320646470.6）该机可以根据粮食水份的不同灵活调整使用不同的烘干工艺，以提高烘干效率、节约能耗保障烘后粮食品质。对于低水分原粮，采取连续式烘干工艺，粮食经一次烘干后直接排出。对于高水份原粮采用循环烘干工艺，利用循环输送系统将烘干机排出的粮食重新循环进入烘干机内进行二次烘干，通过对烘干机出口粮食水分的在线检测，实时检测粮食烘后水分，直至粮食达到安全水份才启动排出阀门，将粮食从烘干机排出。
性能特点：
◆采用连续式和循环式两用烘干工艺，依据原粮水分的不同，可以在连续、循环两种烘干工艺之间灵活转换，具有较高灵活性与方便性。
◆烘干段内部采用多层角状盒结构方式，使得粮层与热风热交换更加充分、均匀。
◆六叶轮排粮，整个烘干机截面上排粮更均匀。
◆排粮机构采用变频调速电机驱动，灵活调节排粮速度，适应不同种类粮食烘干。
◆热风炉燃料为煤或秸秆、木柴等生物质燃料，燃烧效率高，显著节约燃料成本。
◆配备热风炉和换热器为一体化结构的手烧式热风炉和高效全钢列管式换热器，热风炉整体砌筑，强度高、经久耐用。
◆配备粮食水分在线检测仪，整机一键式智能化自动控制，触摸式显示屏操作界面，显示直观、操作简便，并具备手动控制模式和热风温度自动调节功能。rge valve be started to discharge grain out of the dryer.
