一、薏米介绍：薏米又叫薏苡，为禾本科一年生或多年生草本。以去除外壳和种皮的种仁入药。主产湖南、河北、江苏、福建等省。味甘、淡，性微寒。有健脾利湿、清热排脓功能。用于脾虚泄泻水肿脚气、白带、湿、关节疼痛、肠痈、肺痿等症。尚用于胃癌、子宫颈癌、绒毛膜上皮癌等癌症以及多发性疣。薏苡种仁是我国传统的食品资源之一，可做成粥、饭、各种面食供人们食用。尤其对老弱病者更为适宜。
由于薏米是一种颇有营养价值的粮药兼用的保健佳品，近年河南省杂粮加工设备工程技术研究中心依据政府政策号召，与省多位农林大学有关教授、专家，对薏米技术工艺，进行系列化开发，研制的薏米加工技术，脱壳率高，不破碎，加工动耗小。成功应用与多个薏米加工企业
