工艺详情：燕麦清理：我们在进行燕麦加工之前，对其进行清除杂质的处理。本方案设计的清理工艺为两道清理、一道打麦、两道去石、两道磁选、一道打芒，中间辅助以风力除杂，借此能把原粮清理干净，又尽量降低动耗。
脱皮、烘焙:纯净的燕麦物料有两种去处，一是经提升机进入立式脱皮机进行脱皮，不仅去掉一部分燕麦皮，还能够对燕麦表面的灰尘、微生物等进行清理；二是直接进入烘焙机，随之进入烘焙后的下道工序。经过脱皮的燕麦生米可直接进行成品包装。
制粉、配粉:制粉前工段所得到的净燕麦经熟化后，再进行刷芒，之后可经输送进入制粉工段，使用粗粮制粉机进行制粉，得到燕麦熟粉。
成品及副产品打包:对产成品及副产品分别采用不同形式的包装方式；其中燕麦米、燕麦面两种成品产量一般较大，同时作为主要的产成品，采用电子定量包装机进行包装。杂质、灰分，考虑到产量、产品性子等因素，采用机械包装柜的形式分别进行包装。
气力输送与通风除尘:在整个工艺中，细粉料及轻微皮杂料均采用密闭负压风运输送。对于高端配置，风网和全套溜管均采用预制管件，使整套设备外观美观大方、质量经久耐用。
