华豫万通依据小米、糯性小米、黄小米、白小米、高梁米等谷物特点，设计出适用与企业加工的自动化成套工艺与设备。所得产品得率高、色泽好、无杂质。方案由原粮提升，经清理、去杂、去石、砻谷、脱壳，谷糙分离、砂辊碾米、抛光、小米分级等工序。具有自动化作业、出米率高，无污染的特点，操作维护方便。 
工艺介绍：
接收清理工段：通过清理设备组合去原料中的茎叶、土块、石子、霉变粒等杂质，保证加工原料的纯度。
砻谷分离工段：原料经过砻谷机和分离机，剥除物料表皮的谷糙并与谷仁分离，得到纯净的谷仁。
抛光分级工段：纯净的谷仁经过抛光机抛光，去除谷仁表皮的微杂，增加表面的光泽度，进一步增加谷仁的纯净度。
对所有清理设备进行吸风处理，使设备呈负压状态，保证灰杂不外溢，确保了车间的环境卫生。
