1)精糁：物料破碎成糁，把硬度较小胚乳（白点）打细成粉;2)刷粉：把物料中的白粉分离出来；
3)筛理：按物料大小不同进行分级；
4)悬浮：按物料比重不同利用气流把微皮从糁中分离出来；
4.制粉工段：采用多道研磨、筛理的工艺。
1)研磨：进入磨粉机的面沙磨细成粉;
2)筛理：把物料中磨细的粉分离出来；
5.计量包装工段：储仓可以减少用工量，计量包装可采用人工的也可电子的。

2.产品出品率：等级玉米糁，等级玉米粉25-30%，玉米皮20-25%。玉米糁、玉米粉总出品率:75~80%。

C.磁性金属含量：<0.003/kg
D.水分：储存型13.5-14.5%
E.脂肪含量:0.5—1%
F.外观味道：颗粒均匀，顔色金黄，颗粒光滑无棱角，粉质细腻，味道纯正。
