一、仪器用途和适用范围JZSG型稻米脂肪酸值仪是以滴定终点颜色变化为控制依据的自动滴定装置。用来测定稻谷脂肪酸值的专用设备。可自动计量、数据处理、显示、打印和查看历史数据，灵敏度和准确率好，操作方便，自动控制水平高。广泛应用于各级质检机构、粮食企业、农业、食品加工及科研院校等。

该仪器克服了用人眼观察滴定终点时误差较大，测定结果可比性差、不准确的弱点；滴定终点易于观察、测定结果更准确、可靠、可比性高。
