一、仪器用途和适用范围JLG-II型实验小型砻谷机是检验稻谷出糙米的专用设备，也是常用的稻谷脱壳设备。广泛应用于各级质检机构、粮食企业、农业、食品加工及科研院校等。
二、仪器性能特点
JLG-II型实验小型砻谷机脱壳、分离效果好，运行稳定，采用自动连续进料，操作方便，稻谷试样量可根据需要随意设定；采用聚氨酯滚筒，使脱壳后糙米无损伤，不产生碎米，使用寿命长。结构简单便于维护。
三、遵循标准
该仪器符合GB5495-85。
四、主要技术指标
1.一次性脱壳率达97%以上，两次砻谷的脱壳率达100%；
2. 50g稻谷试样脱壳时间约为 40S；
3.稻谷容器容量：300g。
