MC01简介MC01是先进的水分在线控制系统，通过优化物料干燥程序实现水分控制，系统对来料水分、干燥温度、出料水分、出料速度等参数进行跟踪和分析，从而选择一个最佳干燥速度达到理想的干燥效果。同时MC01可与最先进的变频驱动设备直接连接，就能真正实现全自动化的物料干燥。MC01能够把数据存储到该系统的记忆单元内，电脑可通过终端通讯接口对其进行检索。

主要适用于以下物料：
豆类、小麦、油菜籽、玉米、葵花籽、稻谷、粕类、面粉、淀粉；

工控机内存可以储存16个小时的数据记录以供查询；
如果用户需要更多数据，可通过在上位机安装一个数据下载软件实现无限时的数据下载；
数据下载：
连接到装有Windows 系统的PC，并通过一个专用软件读取、下载MC01的记录数据。
