水膜脱硫除尘器

简介水膜脱硫除尘器主要用于燃煤锅炉的脱硫除尘，产生净化后的空气用于烘干。由于煤炭中含有硫化物，燃烧后会形成有害气体二氧化硫。燃烧不充分的煤灰以及夹杂着二氧化硫的气体会对物料产生污染。
该除尘器在筒壁制造一层水膜，使得底部进风口含二氧化硫的烟尘自下而上形成旋转，受惯性离心力作用的烟尘与自上而下流动的水膜充分发生接触，利用二氧化硫烟尘的水溶性，达到净化烟尘的作用。溶水后的杂质顺着水膜自上而下，顺着排水孔排出。
筒壁完全密封，桶底设有密封水槽防止烟尘从底部逃逸。
根据不同用户的需求，郑州万谷机械有限公司所生产的水膜脱硫除尘器，还可以在底部配置沉淀池。废水经过排进沉淀池后，经过沉淀后的静水可以循环利用，再次被输送至除尘器内部，大大节约了成本。
