机器工作原理与特点：

为了解决牡丹籽加工过程中所出现脱壳率低，损耗高，牡丹籽仁结构破坏等问题。TTKS系列牡丹籽脱壳机脱壳机采用双沙盘结构。
工作原理：是经过清粮、分级处理的牡丹籽，进入牡丹籽脱壳机进行脱壳。原料经进料口进入上、下两砂轮之间，在旋转的砂轮作用下，金刚砂刃对牡丹籽皮层进行连续不断的切削和摩擦，破解了牡丹籽皮与麦仁的结合强度，使牡丹籽皮层逐步被碾削剥离，从而达到脱壳目的。
