选择合适的提升带接头方式直接影响到设备运行的可靠性、安全性和使用寿命。三维提升带连接器综合了提升带运行时的各种工况的提升强度要求，设计了拥有中国专利的最有效传载提升带强度的接头方案。S1、S2型性能特点 ：
1、S1 为整体冲压成型，S2 为由 2 个 S1 单片拼焊而成，尺寸一致性好，互换精度高。
2、组合能力强，可适用于不同带宽的提升带。
3、材质碳钢，表面镀锌处理。
4、配有锁紧螺母，有效地防止运行中的紧固件的松动。
接头的操作要点
1、提升带的接头应根据不同的提升带抗拉强度和宽度规格选择合适的皮带连接器的形式和数量。
2、根据提升机一周净长度加皮带连接器所需长度（S1＋174mm；S2＋186mm；S4＋214mm；S5＋220mm）确定提升带长度；
3、根据提升带的确定长度，在两端内移一定的距离（S1夹具56mm；S2夹具59mm；S4夹具76㎜；S5夹具75㎜）为安装孔中心线，该中心线与提升带的径向垂直或与提升带的两端边垂直，以确保接头后的提升带两侧等长，不跑偏。
