称重式灌装机DZG-400系列生产线专为180KG以上的多种不同粘度液体的灌装生产。A型为单头顶充式；B型为单头底充式；AS型采用双头称台底部脱辊灌装，更好的提高生产产能。该系列仪表、称台均采用美国梅特勒-托利多品牌，使用寿命长、灌装精度高。
性能、特点：
- 喷枪升降可自由设定，即在灌装时可设定为喷头自动下降或不下降可选；
- 灌装自动去皮可以自由设定，即可以在自动去皮或定皮灌装间自由切换；
- 轨道支架全部304材料，滚筒外包304或直接使用其他耐锈蚀的光亮材料；
- 冲量修正功能。
- 可选配气动旋盖枪；
- A3电镀滚筒台架。
