称重式灌装机 DZG-50系列生产线专为1-50KG特种油脂灌装工艺要求而开发、研制的新型自动灌装设备，特别适应奶油、起酥油、动物油、糖浆及代可可脂等半流体物料的定量自动灌装。仪表、称台均采用美国梅特勒-托利多品牌，使用寿命长、灌装精度高。

- 具自动除皮功能；
- 在设计范围任意设定所需灌装重量；
- 快、慢速灌装自动控制，以防冲溢；
- 显示灌装累计次数，总重量等统计数据，并具打印输出接口（特殊选配功能）；
- 采用美国梅特勒-托利多称重仪表及传感器；
- 自动分箱、传送、定位灌装；
- 具有交互/独立，自动/手动灌装功能；
- 可选配管道、灌装加温，特别适合特种油品灌装。
