中包装灌装机 DZG-AD系列生产线广泛应用于食用油、润滑油、调味品、日化用品、汽车用品全自动化灌装生产。采用高精度罗茨流量计配以高精度发讯器，投用市场已有十五年历史，可适应6L-22L的不同形状、不同材料（铁桶、回收桶、PET桶）包装容器的液料的灌装生产，灌装精度高、误差稳定。
性能、特点：
- 采用日本双菱可编程控制器（PLC），工序控制程序化、自动化；
- 采用触摸屏人机操作界面，功能齐全，操作方便、可靠、简单；
- 灌装容量可调范围较大，调节分度值为1ml；
- 灌咀冲液形式有斜冲式或直冲式，以适用不同液性的灌装，斜冲式适应易起泡沫的液料，灌咀定位形式有插入式或悬式，以适应不同灌装高位的产品；
- 供液形式可采用高位槽或泵压送液，泵压送液大幅度地提高了生产能力；
- 快慢双速灌装量，可随意设定，有效地解决泵压快速灌装时汽泡沫溢瓶现象；
- 独特的专为不滴漏而设计的新款直线式灌装头及真空回吸系统，确保现场及包装成品不受残液污染；
- 电、气主关件配套均采用进口精品元件，确保系统运作的可靠性、精确性，稳定性及耐用性。
