小包装灌装机 DZG-CX系列生产线广泛应用于食用油、润滑油、调味品、日化用品、汽车用品全自动化灌装生产。根据活塞缸的大小可适应50ml-1L，500ml-2.2L，1L-5L的不同形状、不同材料（玻璃瓶、PET瓶、铁罐）包装容器的液料灌装生产。
性能、特点：
- 采用步进电机传动，数控调控容量，具有调节方便、精确、小容量灌装误差小；
- 独特的专为不滴漏而设计的新款直线式灌装头及真空回吸系统，确保现场及包装成品不受残液污染；
- 供液形式采用高位槽配活塞自吸泵送液料，大幅度地提高了生产能力；
- 配置有内贮油罐及自动液位控制装置；
- 电、气主关件配套均采用进口精品元件，确保系统运作的可靠性、精确性，稳定性及耐用性。
