简介TLSS系列水平螺旋输送机是一种固定装置的机械输送设备，适用于粮食、油料、饲料、切碎后的牧草、秸杆等物料的水平输送，或小倾角（倾角≤20°）的倾斜输送。
本输送机壳体采用U型，叶片螺距采用固定螺距，能够可靠的保证密封性能。由于其良好的密封性能，本设备多用于烘干机的进、出料，输送机在输送物料的同时，又可以防止冷空气进入干燥系统。
性能特点
1、载能力大、安全可靠；
2、适应性强、安装维修方便、寿命长，可广泛用于多种粉状、颗粒状以及小块物料的水平和小倾角（0°~ 20°）输送；
3、 整机体积小、噪声低、进出料口位置布置灵活。
主要结构
本机包括下列主要部分，如图1所示。
主要由减速机、联轴器、减速机座、螺旋体、悬挂装置、壳体等部分组成（总长度＜4m的无悬挂装置）。
