1、结构及性能特点本公司研制的“一字型”钢制挡粮板，非常适用于仓门洞口宽度在3米以上的平房仓。骨架用材按GB6728－86选用结构用冷弯形空心型钢。贴面板为镀锌
板或彩色钢板，内置5㎝厚聚苯乙烯泡沫板，用Φ4×8铆钉将面板铆接在骨架上。

2、安装使用
“一字型”钢制粮板适用于门洞宽3米以上的平房仓。它每块的长度比洞口宽200㎜左右，随着粮食进库逐块码放，每组有一块带插板小门，供放粮使用。

“一字型”钢制挡粮板在贮存时，应整组单独平行码放不得与其它组挡粮板摆放，存放场地应干燥，无对金属有腐蚀性气体存在，并具有防腐防潮条件。
