1、结构及性能特点我公司研制的弧形挡粮门，门框用材按GB9787选用热轧等边角钢，骨架用材按GB707选用冷弯矩形管，面板按GB709选取热轧钢板，立轴和套筒选用GB702热轧圆钢，密封条选用三元乙丙制造。
2、安装要求
安装时，门框焊接在基础的预埋件上，调整到横平竖直的位置，将门轴组件焊在门框上。应先安装下节门，然后安装中节门、上节门。各门开关应灵活，间隙均匀。
3、使用性能
当门扇关闭时，周边的密封条紧贴门框角钢，两门扇中间和各节中间都有密封条间隙垫块，使门扇与框形成密闭的整体，阻隔室内外空气的流通。
当门开启时，各节的重量都由本节门轴组件承担，转动灵活。
4、注意事项
关门时，先关下节右扇门，再关下节左扇门，并用螺栓固定，然后关中节右门扇，再关中节左门扇用紧定螺栓固定，最后关上节左扇门，用紧定螺栓固定。
