棉籽脱酚蛋白成套设备是我司的发明专利产品，其中主要有低温预处理工段。浸出萃取棉籽油工段，棉粕脱酚工段等。我司的二次萃取脱酚技术是两种溶剂分步萃取棉籽油和棉酚，确保油品的质量和棉酚彻底的脱除，可以保证游离棉酚≤0.04%，已经达到了国际标准（WHO/FAO/UNICEF国际组织规定的食用级棉籽蛋白的游离棉酚的含量≤0.06%）。同时可以除去棉籽在储藏过程中产生的黄曲霉素。浸出工段之后，直接对含溶湿粕进行萃取脱酚，这样既降低了消耗，避免了棉籽蛋白遇热变性，且保证了产品质量的稳定性。
