一、仪器用途和应用范围JMFT70×30型实验室小麦磨粉机是用来为小麦粉品质检测系列仪器（如粉质仪、拉伸仪）制备粉状式样的专用设备。适用于磨制面团物理实验所需小麦粉，应用于实验室间用粉质曲线等来评价小麦粉质量，适用于生产高灰分小麦粉，但不能测试出粉率。广泛应用于各级质检机构、粮食企业、农业、食品加工及科研院校等。
二、仪器的性能特点
该仪器采用四辊连续三道研磨结构，将多道研磨过程简化至一次性完成，但同样可以得到与商业面粉灰分、出粉率和烘焙品质接近的产品。它是一种通用精密的实验磨粉机，具有四大特点：1.研磨速度快，处理量大；2.磨腔间距固定，制样效果稳定，使用寿命长；3.体积小，操作维护简单、方便；4.性价比高。

1.处理量：≤50-100g/min；
2.出粉率：65-70%；
3.小麦粉灰粉：≤0.07%(干基)。
