1. 五点式节流孔布置
气孔布置根据物料的特点，围绕不同孔径，不同孔距，不同排距“三不等”原则设计，让整个皮带以最佳承重方式运行。
2. 气垫层不夹料
在较为接近下料点气箱段，以及其他凹弧段设置该装置，永久性解决气垫层夹料问题。
3. 槽角无擦边
第一槽角确定上半圆弧，第二槽角修正盘槽形状和结构形式，不仅增加盘槽装载容量，同时从根本上解决了胶带擦边问题。
