预处理工段基础处理工序：清理、调质、破碎、软化、轧胚、蒸炒和预榨。其中棉籽的预处理要有脱绒、剥壳等工艺。预处理工段是油脂加工设备最重要的一环，而预处理机械设备随着原料的不同、产量的不同及对最终油品的不同要求而拥有不同的配置和工艺。我司对于不同的油料，预处理车间的配置和工艺是各不相同的，比如，米糠预处理需要有膨化工段，棕榈果预处理需要有杀酵工段，棉籽的预处理需要有脱绒的工艺等。
