精炼成套设备
精炼车间主要处理过程：脱色、脱蜡、脱酸和脱臭。混合油经过精炼车间可得到最终产品，可食用或者工业用标准。
精炼车间工艺：全连续精炼设备，半连续精炼设备和间歇式精炼设备。
华泰油脂机械精炼工艺特点：
1，连续式碱炼缩短了油脂与碱液的接触时间，减少油脂皂化，低耗，提高效率；
2，脱色采用预混与蒸汽搅拌脱色结合的工艺，提高脱色效率，节省白土用量，操作简单方便；负压状态避免空气中氧气与热油接触，保证油品质量，抑制酸值回升，降低过氧化值。
3，物理精炼采用新型连续脱酸脱臭，适用于酸价较高，胶质含量低的植物油脂的脱酸脱臭，实际生产证明该工艺具有以下显著特点：脱酸能力强，热脱色效果好，精炼率高，油品质量好等。
4，该工艺多重进行热交换，充分利用系统热能，有效降低蒸汽耗量，同时还具有生产工艺可调整，操作灵活，自动程度高，环境卫生等。
适用油料：大豆油，葵花籽油，菜籽油，棉籽油，花生油，棕榈油，椰干油，米糠油，动物油等所有需精炼的油脂。
精炼车间处理量：10-1000T/D
