浸出成套设备
浸出车间主要的工段：浸出系统、蒸脱系统、蒸发系统、冷凝系统和尾气回收系统。主要的原理就是采用合适的溶剂将料胚中的油萃取出来，然后除去混合油中的溶剂。我司设计的浸出工艺生产出的混合油不含任何的化学溶剂，且直接除去尾气，利于环保。
华泰油脂机械浸出工段工艺特点：
1，采用负压蒸发，出油率高，所得饼粕质量好；
2，浸出器的设计容量大，有利于提高产量，增加效益，降低成本；
3，浸出系统设计可根据不同物料和所需产量和工艺效果自由调节，简便可靠；
4，独有的尾气吸收系统，环保高效；
5，充分的节能设计，对热能进行多次利用，节省了蒸汽的用量，节能低耗。
